Policy

Booking: Only confirmation email has been received means your booking is done properly.

Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation if canceled 2 days (48 hours) prior to the arrival date.

Check-in Policy: Regular check-in time is from 3:00pm to 11:00PM. If you require later check-in after 11:00pm, please notify us at least 4 hours prior in order to arrange late-check-in for you. Valid photo ID and credit card must be presented at check-in. All Special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply.

Check-out Policy: Check-out time is 11:00am. Express check-out is available by dropping off room keys in the key-box if no front desk agent is present.

Pets Policy: No pet is allowed, otherwise an extra cleaning fee of $150/pet will be charged.In additoin, the motel reserves the right to refuse the stays and/or remaining of the stays.

Smoking Policy: All rooms are Non-smoking at all times. Violation will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $150 to restore the affected room to non-smoking standard. In additoin, the motel reserves the right to refuse the stays and/or remaining of the stays.

Damage Deposit Policy: The motel reserves the rights to pre-authorize the provided credit card for an amount of $300 as a seurity deposit. The amount will be released upon check-out if no damage made to the room.
